Low Fat Tuna Panini

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 250 g tuna, in water derained
  • 2 tablespoons extra light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 80 g low fat cheese, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 5 thing very well.
  • 2 spread on panini bread. then put the tomato slice after that cheese slice on it.
  • 3 grill it and enjoy it.
