- 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 80 g low fat cheese, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Recipe
- 1 mix first 5 thing very well.
- 2 spread on panini bread. then put the tomato slice after that cheese slice on it.
- 3 grill it and enjoy it.
