Low Fat Sugar Free Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup splenda granular
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 bananas
- 1/4 cup applesauce
Recipe
- 1 pre heat oven to 350 degrees.combine eggs, butter and apple sauce; mix well. add vanilla, splenda sugar and cinnamon; do this with a mixer. then add your baking soda, baking powder and bananas; it will be a lumpy mixture when fininshed. last add your flour in gradually.bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
