Low Fat Tuna Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup kraft 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces mushrooms
  • 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tuna in water, not drained

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles, drain well. preheat oven 325. mix all ingredients, reserve 1/2 cup cheese.sprinkle reserved cheese on top. bake 30 minutes. serve hot.
