Low Fat Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

- 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup kraft 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 (8 ounce) can tuna in water, not drained
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles, drain well. preheat oven 325. mix all ingredients, reserve 1/2 cup cheese.sprinkle reserved cheese on top. bake 30 minutes. serve hot.
