Ingredients
- 6 cups raw peeled pumpkin (1 1/2 in. cubes)
- 2 teaspoons whole cloves or 1 tablespoon ground cloves
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
Recipe
- 1 prick pumpkin chucks with a fork.
- 2 combine rest of the ingredients in a sauce pan and boil 5 minutes to make the syrup.
