Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 mix all meatball ingredients well.
- 2 shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
- 3 place on rack in roasting pan.
- 4 bake at 400* for 15 minutes.
- 5 dill sauce: melt butter in saucepan.
- 6 stir in flour and salt.
- 7 slowly add broth.
- 8 cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
- 9 remove from heat; add yogurt.
- 10 reheat; stirring; do not boil.
