- 1 large eggplant
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- flour
- salt and pepper
- oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 peel eggplant and cut into sticks.
- 2 salt and drain on paper towels for 15-30 minutes.
- 3 rinse and pat dry.
- 4 make a batter of milk, egg, salt and pepper.
- 5 dip eggplant sticks in batter, roll in flour and deep fry until golden.
