Lemon Squares

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup lemon juice

Recipe

• 1 press flour, sugar and margarine into 9 x 13 pan, then bake for 20 minutes at 175°c.
• 2 mix remaining ingredients, pour into crust. bake for an additional 25 minutes.
