Fruit Cobbler

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • fruit, of choice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oleo
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 cover bottom of pan with fruit.
  • 2 mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp oleo, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup milk, and 1 cup sifted flour.
  • 3 pour over fruit.
  • 4 mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tbs corn starch and sprinkle over flour mixture.
  • 5 top with 3/4 cup boiling water.
  • 6 bake for 45 minutes at 375.
