- 1 boneless boston lamb roast
- 1 (16 ounce) bag sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed (optional)
- 1 -2 onion, cut into quarters
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into crockpot.
- 2 cook on high for 1 and 1/2 hours.
- 3 switch to low for 6-8 hours ( or more ).
- 4 serve with peroghies and applesauce; or any style of soft potatoes.
