Ricardo's Homemade Fudge

Cook Time: 25 mins
Ingredients
- 2 cups 35% cream
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
Recipe
- 1 grease a 10x7 inch pan.
- 2 in a pot, mix all ingredients.
- 3 bring to a boil and cook at medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- 4 remove from stove and let fudge cool for 10 minutes.
- 5 whip at high speed for 5 minutes.
- 6 spread in pan.
- 7 cover and let it cool for several hours.
- 8 cut and serve.
- 9 enjoy and don't forget to brush your teeth!
