Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 medium cucumber, 1 medium skinned, shredded and patted dry
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and put in fridge for at least an hour, i like to let it sit over night, to let the flavors mix well.
