Tropical Punch

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 1 large watermelon
  • 1 (46 ounce) can red hawaiian fruit punch
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen pineapple concentrate
  • 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 6 cups cold water
  • 3 1/2 cups chilled ginger ale

Recipe

  • 1 stand watermelon on end; cut thin slice off bottom to make it level.
  • 2 cut top third off melon.
  • 3 using cup as a guide, trace scallops around top outside edge of melon.
  • 4 carve scalloped edge following pattern.
  • 5 scoop out fruit; serve later.
  • 6 chill melon shell.
  • 7 combine fruit punch, concentrates, and water.
  • 8 pour over ice in melon bowl.
