Ingredients
- 19 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in food processor and whirl until smooth.
- 2 serve with freshly made pita chips or veggies for dunking.
