Low Fat Hummus (weight Watcher's Friendly - 3 Points)

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 19 ounces chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in food processor and whirl until smooth.
  • 2 serve with freshly made pita chips or veggies for dunking.
