Low Fat Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 1/2 medium onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel and cube potaoes.
  • 2 chop the onions.
  • 3 a microwave add a little water, cover and cook until the potatoes are soft. or.
