Low Fat Oatmeal Waffles

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 2 in another bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
  • 3 make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet, and mix together.
  • 4 preheat waffle iron and coat with cooking spray.
  • 5 cook waffles in waffle iron.
