Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
Recipe
- 1 mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2 in another bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
- 3 make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet, and mix together.
- 4 preheat waffle iron and coat with cooking spray.
- 5 cook waffles in waffle iron.
