Low Fat Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup non-fat soymilk
  • 1 (19 fluid ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, combine pineapple, break up banana and add coconut flavouring.
  • 2 pour soy milk into blender and mix until smooth.
