Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons splenda granular
- 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
- 2 whisk in buttermilk, yogurt and mayonnaise.
- 3 stir in onion, parsley and garlic.
- 4 cover and refrigerate overnight to thicken.
- 5 whisk before serving.
