Low Fat Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons splenda granular
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
  • 2 whisk in buttermilk, yogurt and mayonnaise.
  • 3 stir in onion, parsley and garlic.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate overnight to thicken.
  • 5 whisk before serving.
