Ingredients
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
- 8 ounces fat-free half-and-half
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 melt the margarine.
- 2 add the cream cheese and melt.
- 3 add half and half and parmesan cheese and whisk together to make margarine and cream mixture.
- 4 add pepper, salt, and garlic.
