Low Carb Apple Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325. line muffin tins with foil or paper baking cups.
- 2 combine all dry ingredients. in a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
- 3 stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until well blended.
- 4 spoon into baking cups.
- 5 bake muffins 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. cool for 20 minutes.
