- 1/2 cup carrot, minced
- 1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons splenda granular
- salt and fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine chopped cabbage and carrots.
- 2 place dressing ingredients in food processor, blend well and taste for seasoning. pour over cabbage and combine well.
