Low Carb Blue Cheese Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 head green cabbage, coarsely minced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, minced
  • 1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons splenda granular
  • salt and fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine chopped cabbage and carrots.
  • 2 place dressing ingredients in food processor, blend well and taste for seasoning. pour over cabbage and combine well.
  • 3 chill 1 hour or more before serving.
