Low Calorie Pumpkin Bread!

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 cups splenda granular
- 2 cups pumpkin (cooked fresh or canned)
- 4 egg whites, beaten
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
Recipe
- 1 over 350.
- 2 make sure you grease the pans (2 because this makes 2 loaves
- 3 mix all dry ingredients, set aside.
- 4 next mix the pumpkin, eggs, applesauce together (also if you're adding nuts do so with these ingredients).
- 5 combine all ingredients.
- 6 pour mixture into two pans.
- 7 bake 45 minutes to an hour.
- 8 let cool.
