Ingredients

- 1 large baking potato
- 2 -3 tablespoons ranch dressing
Recipe
- 1 microwave the potato till tender, about 7-10 minutes.
- 2 slice in half lengthwise.
- 3 scoop out the inside, leaving only an inch or so and the skin.
- 4 mash and mix the middle of the potato with the ranch dressing.
- 5 spoon it back into the shells.
- 6 if you have to have the cheese and bacon, sprinkle on top and microwave till the cheese is melted.
