- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/4 cup tomato, slices
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine ground beef, scallion, spinach, tomato, feta, dill, salt and pepper. form into 4 patties.
