Ingredients

- 20 ladyfingers, split
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice, undiluted
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries
- 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 12 maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 line the bottom and sides of a 10-inch spring form pan with the ladyfingers.
- 2 mix orange juice and half of the ice cream; pack into prepared pan; freeze.
- 3 mix strawberries and pineapple; spread over ice cream layer and freeze.
- 4 chop cherries, blend with nuts and remaining ice cream.
- 5 mix and spread over fruit layer; freeze.
- 6 add sugar to cream, whip and then spread over top; freeze.
- 7 about 1/2 hour before serving, remove from freezer and unmold.
