- 2 lbs rhubarb, cleaned, trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in saucepan set over medium heat. cook 6 or 7 minutes or until tender.
- 2 cool to room temperature.
- 3 puree in a blender or food processor.
- 4 spoon into individual dishes.
