Ingredients

- 6 cups cubed peeled baking potatoes (about 1 1/2lbs)
- 2/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese (3 oz)
Recipe
- 1 place potatoes in a saucepan; cover with water.
- 2 bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minsutes.
- 3 drain.
- 4 return potatoes to pan; add milk, salt and pepper.
- 5 mash with potato masher.
- 6 stir in the cheese.
- 7 serve and enjoy.
