Ingredients

- 5 large onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 chop onions, put in medium size pan.
- 2 add water and salt cook till onions are clear.
- 3 drain onions thru sieve or cheesecloth to catch pieces, put liquid back in pan add honey, cook 10 minutes to combine.
- 4 store in jar, refrigerate in summer.
- 5 take 1 tbp for sore throat or cough.
