Ingredients
- 3 cups smoked fish fillet
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons grated onions
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- parsley (to garnish)
Recipe
- 1 remove skin and bones from fish and separate into individual flakes with a fork.
- 2 mix cream cheese, lemon juice, and onion.
- 3 whip until smooth and fluffy.
- 4 add fish and parsley and mix.
- 5 chill for 1 hour.
- 6 serve with assorted crackers.
