Ingredients

- 1 (29 ounce) can yams
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 package pecan sandies
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 drain the yams well.
- 2 smash with fork or can be mixed with hand beater.
- 3 mix in cinnamon, sugar and butter.
- 4 pour into baking dish, sprayed with pam.
- 5 crush pecan sandies, mix with 1/4 cup butter.
- 6 spread over yam mixture, bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
