Yam Bake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (29 ounce) can yams
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 package pecan sandies
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 drain the yams well.
  • 2 smash with fork or can be mixed with hand beater.
  • 3 mix in cinnamon, sugar and butter.
  • 4 pour into baking dish, sprayed with pam.
  • 5 crush pecan sandies, mix with 1/4 cup butter.
  • 6 spread over yam mixture, bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
