Low Fat Hummus

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans
  • 3 -5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 -6 tablespoons water
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients together in a food processor. blend until smooth. (add more water for thinner consistency).
  • 2 enjoy!
