Low Fat Soy Banana Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup splenda granular
  • 2 tablespoons applesauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 medium ripe bananas (mashed)

Recipe

  • 1 blend splenda & apple sauce. combine with mashed bananas & dry ingredients only until moistened. scoop mixture into a greased loaf pan & bake 35 - 45 minutes at 350f until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • 2 ***this is really good served with natural peanut butter on a slice.***.
