Low Fat Soy Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup splenda granular
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 4 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
Recipe
- 1 blend splenda & apple sauce. combine with mashed bananas & dry ingredients only until moistened. scoop mixture into a greased loaf pan & bake 35 - 45 minutes at 350f until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 2 ***this is really good served with natural peanut butter on a slice.***.
