Low Cal/ Fat Free Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 3 medium potatoes (abt 3/4 pound)
- 2 large garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 teaspoon butter buds or 1 teaspoon molly mcbutter
- 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 chop potatoes into 1/2" (aprox) cubes.
- 2 combine potatoes and garlic and add water to cover.
- 3 boil about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. don't overcook.
- 4 drain potatoes and garlic and place in a food processor.
- 5 gently process until almost smooth.
- 6 sprinkle with butter buds.
- 7 process while adding until desired texture is achieved, being careful not to overprocess.
