Low Cal/ Fat Free Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 3 medium potatoes (abt 3/4 pound)
  • 2 large garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 teaspoon butter buds or 1 teaspoon molly mcbutter
  • 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half

Recipe

  • 1 chop potatoes into 1/2" (aprox) cubes.
  • 2 combine potatoes and garlic and add water to cover.
  • 3 boil about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. don't overcook.
  • 4 drain potatoes and garlic and place in a food processor.
  • 5 gently process until almost smooth.
  • 6 sprinkle with butter buds.
  • 7 process while adding until desired texture is achieved, being careful not to overprocess.
