Low Cal Spanish Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pimento stuffed olives, chopped
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • sugar free artificial sweetener (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 chill.
