Low Cal Yogurt Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 6 ounces nonfat cherry yogurt (i use yoplait light, fat free very cherry yogurt, or any flavor you like)
  • 1 tablespoon dried cherries (or any kind you like)
  • 1 tablespoon post grape-nuts cereal

Recipe

  • 1 put yogurt in a small bowl -- add your dried fruit and sprinkle the top with grapenut cereal -- stir together and enjoy!
