Low Calorie And Delicious Coconuut Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°.
  • 2 whisk egg in a bowl.
  • 3 in a separate bowl, mix coconut flakes, pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
