- 3 teaspoons splenda granular

- 1 peel banana.
- 2 heat milk in microave for 2 minutes.
- 3 pour milk over bisks.
- 4 add banana.
- 5 mash with a fork until at a thick and creamy consistency.
- 6 add sweetener and mix inches.
- 7 enjoy.
