- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- salt, to taste
- 1 cup skim milk
- paprika, to taste
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in saucepan.
- 2 remove from heat.
- 3 add flour, salt and paprika to form thick paste.
- 4 slowly mix in skim milk, briskly whisking to prevent lumps.
- 5 put pan back on low heat, stirring until sauce thickens.
