Kuchen Cupcakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy sweet cream
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar, mixed with
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cans pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
• cinnamon
• sugar

Recipe

• 1 mix well and cook in microwave, or stovetop, until it and is thickened,stirring occasionally.
• 2 cool.
• 3 on a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 3" circle.
• 4 lay in a greased muffin tin.
• 5 fill almost to top with custard.
• 6 sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
• 7 bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
• 8 let stand for 5-10 minutes before removing from pan.
• 9 cool.
• 10 enjoy!
