Lasagne

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat, drain.
  • 2 add sauce, simmer 10 minute.
  • 3 cook lasagne, drain, lay out on wax paper.
  • 4 combine cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt & pepper.
  • 5 pour 1/2 cup meat sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan.
  • 6 put 4 pieces of lasagne over sauce, overlapping.
  • 7 spread 1/3 cheese filling & cover with 1 cup meat sauce.
  • 8 repeat layers twice.
  • 9 top w/ lasagne & remaining meat sauce, sprinkle parmesan.
  • 10 cover w/ foil.
  • 11 bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
  • 12 let stand 10 min before cutting.
