Low Fat Honey Wheat Pie Crust

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 mix flour, bran and salt in a large bowl.
  • 3 add mayonnaise and honey and stir until crumbly.
  • 4 add water 1 tablespoon at a time and stir with fork until dough forms.
  • 5 roll out on bran-floured surface.
  • 6 bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
  • 7 use this in your favorite recipe.
