Low Fat Honey Wheat Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 mix flour, bran and salt in a large bowl.
- 3 add mayonnaise and honey and stir until crumbly.
- 4 add water 1 tablespoon at a time and stir with fork until dough forms.
- 5 roll out on bran-floured surface.
- 6 bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
- 7 use this in your favorite recipe.
