Low Cal Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 ounce) can light chunk tuna in water, drained
  • 2 egg whites, cooked
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 4 slices orowheat light whole wheat bread

Recipe

  • 1 mix together first 3 ingredients. put on bread for 2 sandwiches.
