Low Calorie Banana Pudding Cheesecake

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 8 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups skim milk, cold
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box sugar-free fat-free banana cream pudding mix
Recipe
- 1 combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, cinnamon, and nutmed, and press into 9-inch pie plate.
- 2 chill in fridge 2 hours before filling.
- 3 for filling, using a mixer, blend ½ cup of milk into cream cheese until very smooth and creamy.
- 4 gradually add remaining milk until blended.
