Low Cal Vegan Applesauce Pancakes For One Or Two

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl until smooth.
  • 2 let it sit for a couple of minutes (literally, maybe 2 minutes).
  • 3 heat a non-stick skillet/pan to medium heat.
  • 4 cook mixture as you would normal pancakes, flipping over to the other side once appear.
  • 5 serve with yummy toppings! i like to use greek yogurt + fruit puree with some chocolate chips.
