Low Cal Vegan Applesauce Pancakes For One Or Two

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl until smooth.
- 2 let it sit for a couple of minutes (literally, maybe 2 minutes).
- 3 heat a non-stick skillet/pan to medium heat.
- 4 cook mixture as you would normal pancakes, flipping over to the other side once appear.
- 5 serve with yummy toppings! i like to use greek yogurt + fruit puree with some chocolate chips.
