Low Cal/fat Dairy-free Brownies

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 25
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
  • 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 lightly grease your baking pan ( i used a glass pyrex).
  • 3 sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and sugars. stir to combine.
  • 4 add in the rest of the ingredients.
  • 5 stir until smooth and moistened.
  • 6 bake 20-25 minutes, or until coming apart at the sides.
