- 1 apple
- 8 ounces celery
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar substitute (splenda)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 chop apple and celery into bite size pieces.
- 2 put celery and apple in a plastic bag or bowl and mix with remaining ingredients.
- 3 chill for 1 hour and serve.
