Low Calorie Apple And Celery Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 apple
  • 8 ounces celery
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar substitute (splenda)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 chop apple and celery into bite size pieces.
  • 2 put celery and apple in a plastic bag or bowl and mix with remaining ingredients.
  • 3 chill for 1 hour and serve.
