Low Calorie Apple-cinnamon Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat skillet and coat in cooking spray.
  • 2 combine ingredients in medium size bowl.
  • 3 ladle out 2 tbsp of batter per pancake and lightly brown each side of the cake.
  • 4 try leaving the very center gooey for a different texture and flavor.
