Low Calorie Cheese Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons instant dry milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 put water in blender.
  • 2 measure in all except cheese.
  • 3 blend til foamy.
  • 4 pour into heavy saucepan, at high heat, stirring constantly.
