Low Fat, Low Cal And Healthy Grilled Swiss Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of kraft singles 2% low-fat swiss cheese (reduced fat)
  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed

Recipe

  • 1 1.put the cheese slice on the bread.
  • 2 2. spread the flaxseed on the cheese.
  • 3 3. cover with the other slice of bread.
  • 4 4.put 1 teaspon of butter on each bred slice. pur in a panini-press preferably or in a skillet.
