- 1 slice of kraft singles 2% low-fat swiss cheese (reduced fat)
- 2 slices bread
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
Recipe
- 1 1.put the cheese slice on the bread.
- 2 2. spread the flaxseed on the cheese.
- 3 3. cover with the other slice of bread.
- 4 4.put 1 teaspon of butter on each bred slice. pur in a panini-press preferably or in a skillet.
