Low Fat Turkey Curry

Ingredients

- 2 large turkey drumsticks, boiled, deboned & skin off
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 (12 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet peas
Recipe
- 1 saute onions, bell peppers and celery for 5 minutes.
- 2 when the sauted items look "glassy", add chicken broth.
- 3 dump everything, except peas and turkey, in pan.
- 4 bring to a boil.
- 5 add cooked turkey and frozen peas.
- 6 simmer 20 minutes.
- 7 serve over rice or your favorite pasta.
