Low Fat Vegan Apple Crisp

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 apples
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 chop the apples and place them in a 8- × 8-inch baking pan. cover the chopped apples with the maple syrup and sprinkle some spice to taste over them.
  • 2 in a bowl, mix the flour and oatmeal. then add the applesauce and brown sugar. mix until the flour is just moistened.
  • 3 spread the oatmeal mixture on top of the apples.
  • 4 bake for 30 minutes. let it sit in the oven for another 5 minutes.
