Low Fat Vegan Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 6 apples
- 1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 chop the apples and place them in a 8- × 8-inch baking pan. cover the chopped apples with the maple syrup and sprinkle some spice to taste over them.
- 2 in a bowl, mix the flour and oatmeal. then add the applesauce and brown sugar. mix until the flour is just moistened.
- 3 spread the oatmeal mixture on top of the apples.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes. let it sit in the oven for another 5 minutes.
